Location #9

This location is near the corner of Highway 246 and Avenue of the Flags. It was home to several gas stations at one time and a restaurant/cafe that is still there today. There Shell station, a Texaco, and a Chevron at one time all lined up here. Servicetown, USA. The cafe in now Ellen's Danish Pancake House. Before 1980 it was the Purple Cow cafe and befor that it was called Dodge House.

	In this picture from the 50's, you can see the Shell station, the restaurant just north of it, and another station on the corner.

	They put a little history on their menu. It was called the Purple Cow at one time.
