The Landmark Hotel at 701 Price St. is on the NW corner at Pomeroy. It is mainly used as apartments now, and hosts the Black Pearl Coffee Shop, and Lounge on the ground floor. According to Effie McDernott, it was originally a 2-story building, and was called the Hotel Olsen. I'm still researching the history of this location.
