This 9 unit apartment complex is located at 1401 El Camino Real. It was built in the early 1940's and was known as the Motel Mankin. In 1945, it changed to the Krovious Motel. Just next door to the south used to be the Loma Vista Motel in the 1950's, but it has since been demolished, and nothing but new condominiums exit there now.
