The Queen Motel & Mobile Home Park at 702 South First St.. Despite the sign out front, the units here are now used only as apartments, as I suspected when I first photographed this location and found that the office was closed on Saturdays. According to Chris Cavette, it was originally called the King Motel, and later changed to the Queen Motel.
